Inspection Upon Delivery
We value transparency and your satisfaction.
• Upon arrival, you have up to 30 minutes to inspect your product while the delivery team waits.
• You may verify dimensions, materials, finishing, and quality.
• If any visible manufacturing issue is found during inspection, you may request an immediate replacement or full refund.
• Once the inspection period ends and the order is accepted, the delivery is considered final.

Delivery Access
Please ensure that delivery access (doors, elevators, and stairs) is suitable for the size of your ordered items.
• Any additional handling (such as cranes or dismantling) will incur extra charges.
• Our team can assist you beforehand in measuring entryways to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Missed or Rescheduled Deliveries
• If you need to reschedule a confirmed delivery, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Delivery Fees
For Orders Below 10,000 EGP
• Cairo: Delivery fee of 500 EGP for locations from the 1st to the 5th floor.
 For deliveries to higher floors (6th–10th floor), an additional 1,500 EGP applies.
• Giza: Delivery fee of 800 EGP for locations from the 1st to the 5th floor.
 For deliveries to higher floors (6th–10th floor), an additional 1,800 EGP applies.

For Orders Above 10,000 EGP
• Free delivery is offered across Cairo and Giza.
 However, for deliveries to higher floors (6th–10th floor), an additional 1,500 EGP for Cairo and 1,800 EGP for Giza will apply.


Additional Notes
• Higher floor delivery fees (6th–10th floor) are to be paid in cash directly to the carrier after delivery 📦.
• These additional fees will not be reflected at checkout on our website.
